Connor Jordan Hoffman

Connor Hoffman is an associate attorney in the Michigan office, where he handles all aspects of complex civil litigation, including trucking, premises, and product liability. As a former journalist, Connor is a battle-tested investigator with the grit and detail-oriented approach necessary to ensure no crucial fact goes undiscovered. Where other attorneys may step away from challenging cases, Connor’s relentless persistence drives tangible results-including published appellate opinions, successful summary dispositions motions, and a change to New York state law sparked by his two-year investigation into a local school district’s use of facial recognition surveillance.Earning his J.D. from Michigan State University College of Law in 2023, Connor developed a deep command of First Amendment issues-specifically online defamation-through his work with MSU’s First Amendment Clinic. He also served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan State Law Review, where he published his note, “ Your Law is Due for an Update: Why Congress Should Update the Telephone Consumer Protection Act to Curb the Rise of Robotexts .”Prior to joining WSHB, Connor’s practice focused on complex insurance defense and coverage issues, developing novel legal theories that yielded major victories.
