Biography

Conor Griffin Goetz is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice in the firm’s Northern Virginia office. Conor focuses his practice on virtually all aspects of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, private equity investments, and corporate governance. Conor has worked on M&A transactions involving public and private companies from a wide range of sectors. He also represents clients before and after transactions by effectuating reorganizations of business entities and preparing agreements for ongoing operations, such as employment agreements and general governing documents.
