Biography

Conor Higgins works with clients on a wide variety of employment matters. His litigation experience extends to both state and federal courts, where he represents clients from pre-suit to trial preparation and through every aspect of discovery. In addition to litigation, Conor also provides employment counseling on issues across the country.

Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, Conor worked on a variety of matters, including cases involving negligence, consumer fraud, professional liability, indemnity, section 1983 claims, workers’ compensation, as well as employment. Additionally, he has experience arguing in front of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs from his time representing employers in claims brought under the Defense Base Act.
