Conor Kennedy

Conor Kennedy is an attorney at Wisner Baum’s Los Angeles office, focusing his practice on complex litigation with an emphasis on plaintiff mass tort litigation. He is currently working on the Zantac cancer litigation team, representing over 11,000 clients with claims in California and Delaware state courts.

Before joining Wisner Baum, Conor worked on complex litigation as a paralegal for a national plaintiffs’ firm. During this time, he helped attorneys prepare to depose corporate officers who worked for opioid manufacturers and distributors as part of the National Prescription Opiate Litigation (MDL 2804).

Conor’s passion for the law was ignited by his upbringing around environmental attorneys, who instilled in him the importance of fighting the good fight for victims of injustice. That passion led him first to Harvard, where he graduated cum laude with a degree in History & Literature. He then went on to law school and graduated from Georgetown University Law Center earning his J.D. in 2023.

In 2022, Conor enlisted in the International Legion of Ukraine, serving on the Kharkiv front. A challenging time, Conor is most proud of the work he and his team did there.
