Constance Mims has over a decade of experience practicing exclusively family law and three years of experience as a family law paralegal. Mrs. Mims is Collaborative law certified, and is a shrewd negotiator, not to mention her experience in contested and agree child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, alimony, prenuptial agreements and divorce issues, both in court and in the appellate arena.
Mrs. Mims graduated from Texas Christian University in 2002 ("Go Frogs") and received her Juris Doctor Degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, which is now knows as Texas A&M University School of Law, in 2007. While at TCU, Mims majored in Political Science and was a May I. Gourley Scholar. Ms. Mims is also a member of the St. Patrick Cathedral Parish of Fort Worth.
