Constance B. Mutong: Attorney with Snellings Law PLLC

Biography

At Snellings Law PLLC, Constance Mutong is known for her dedication and her well-rounded perspective on life. Growing up in Plano and spending time in Virginia gave her a broad outlook, but her heart has always been in Texas. Constance has always been a leader, from her days as a high school percussionist and drum major to her time serving on the executive board of the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society during law school. This background in music and leadership has given her a sharp eye for detail and a steady hand in the legal world. When she isn’t at the office, Constance is a true creative. You might find her crocheting handmade items to sell or propagating new houseplants to add to her collection. She is currently looking forward to her upcoming wedding to her fiancé, Pascal, in late 2026. After losing her dog, King, in 2024, she has focused her nurturing spirit on her home and garden, though she hopes to welcome a new dog into the family soon. She brings that same warmth and careful attention to every client she serves, making her an invaluable part of our firm.
