Corey Fuller MacDonald: Attorney with MacDonald Law, PC

Biography

Corey MacDonald's law practice is a unique blend of real world and courtroom experience unusual in a law firm. MacDonald began his practice in 2005. As an experienced litigator, Mr. MacDonald is sought out for his trial skills. He has represented people going through some of life’s most difficult hurdles to include complex family law cases, DWI / DUI offenses, drug charges and unique criminal charges. He has both defended and prosecuted cases in Circuit and Superior Court on behalf of individuals and businesses.  Mr. MacDonald has represented high profile clients in the business and sporting world.  Prior to entering the practice of law full-time, Mr. MacDonald served for over 18 years in law enforcement. His career spanned the profession from police officer to detective and finally to Deputy Chief of Police of a 115-person department. Mr. MacDonald was appointed as the Commander of the State of New Hampshire’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task force where he served the State for three years investigating and pursuing the worst predators in our society. In addition, Mr. MacDonald served as City Prosecutor handling hundreds of cases ranging from driving while intoxicated, to domestic violence to manslaughter.  MacDonald describes his successful practice as being based on an understanding of people and their propensities, a keen ear for detail from years as an investigator, an aggressive yet respectful approach to litigation and negotiation, and finally on a slightly off sense of humor from a combined 23 years working in the service of others. He finds assisting his clients in the face of daunting challenges to be the most rewarding part of his work as an attorney. In 2011, MacDonald was named as one of New Hampshire’s “Top 40 Under Forty” emerging leaders by the New Hampshire Union Leader and NH Business and Industry Association. In 2013, he was named as a “Top 10 to Watch” by Seacoast Online and Catapult. In 2014, he was awarded the “Young Professional of the Year” for New Hampshire award by New Hampshire Governor Maggie Hassan through the Stay Work Play initiative and Rising Stars.
