Biography

Corrado Angelelli focuses on the financial aspects of global transactions. In particular his areas of focus include corporate finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance and structured finance. In real estate finance he advises both sponsors and lenders with a focus on debt funds.

Corrado is known in the market for his experience in the non-performing exposure (NPE) sector having represented buyers, sellers and other players on trades relating to different asset classes. He has recently focused on single name trades and restructuring. Additionally, he has deep experience in structured finance in Italy, having advised on securitization transactions across a variety of asset classes. His clients range from foreign investors and banks to Italian corporations and financial institutions.
