Biography

Corinne Cortes joined Weinreb Law Group in 2018, after working at South Bay area law firms the first eight years of her career (e.g., Cochran, Davis & Associates, Bolender Law Firm, and Andrew M. Meinzer Law Offices). Her 10-plus years of experience in California civil litigation is complemented by her experience in Spanish and Catalan law.

Corinne’s practice focuses on the handling of insurance coverage matters and litigation; professional negligence cases involving lawyers, agents/brokers; business litigation; and education law (claims and disputes involving educator negligence and due process complaints).

A member of the California Bar since 2010, Corinne is also a licensed attorney in Spain. Corinne received her Juris Doctorate degree from National University (Spain) in 2002 and undergraduate degree in legal studies from the same institution in 1999. Corinne earned her MA in legal translation from the Independent University of Barcelona (Spain) in 2001.

Away from work, Corinne enjoys tennis, jogging, and spending time with her family.
