Cory James Gorak is a Partner in the firm’s Fort Lauderdale West office. His practice focuses on civil litigation and defense of insurers in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims and fraud defense.

Mr. Gorak holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University.

Prior to joining Cole, Scott and Kissane, Mr. Gorak spent several years representing insurers in defense litigation throughout South Florida.
