Craig D. Blackmon

Craig Blackmon is a successful real estate attorney and innovator. His practice blends transactional work, litigation, and product-driven change. A graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, Craig began practicing law in Seattle in 1999 as a civil litigator in a large firm. in 2005, he launched a solo practice focused on residential real estate. His solo law practice continues today (with a few partners along the way). Craig has guided hundreds of clients through the home purchase and sale process. In addition, he has successfully litigated matters from initial complaint, through discovery, trial, judgment, and appeal. Craig has helped dozens of people efficiently and effectively resolve their real estate disputes (whether with a co-owner, a neighbor, or the other party to a contract).In addition, Craig obtained his real estate broker license in 2009. He was a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) until 2015. He continued his disruptive brokerage work outside the NWMLS until 2020. Between 2009 and 2020, Craig founded several alternative real estate models (including WaLaw, Quill, Added Equity RE, and RobotAgent.com). Each version sought to fully leverage the internet in order to better serve consumers and reduce industry costs. Craig's broker license is now inactive, and he focuses solely on practicing law.
