Craig H. Effrain has over twenty years of corporate legal experience representing and helping clients achieve their objectives. Mr. Effrain has worked for both law firms and corporations, serving as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Assistant General Counsel of the health insurance company EmblemHealth and as an associate of law firms, including Stursberg & Veith and Pomeranz, Gottlieb & Mushkin, providing corporate law and general business counsel to a host of clients, including startup ventures, established businesses, not-for-profit entities and public companies. Mr. Effrain earned an LL.M in Corporate Law from the NYU School of Law, a J.D. from George Washington University Law School, and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Maryland. Mr. Effrain is admitted to practice law in New York.
