Biography

CRAIG R. HERSCH is a Florida Bar Board Certified Wills, Trusts & Estates attorney and CPA. He is the creator of The Family Estate & Legacy Solution®, a unique process designed to transform his clients’ legal, tax and financial concerns into a coordinated and understandable estate plan. His firm’s web site contains trademarked Family Estate & Legacy Minutes™, short videos answering common estate planning questions. Hersch’s Family Estate & Legacy Series™ workshops and accompanying videos help his clients identify the legal and tax issues that his clients should address, and then provides them a framework to work together to accomplish their goals. An example of this is his process that addresses estate planning issues common to new Floridians.

Hersch has authored several articles appearing in a variety of professional journals. He pens a weekly estate planning column in a Sanibel and Captiva newspaper that can also be seen as a blog on his firm’s web site. Hersch enjoys an AV Martindale Hubbell rating, the highest attainable by the independent national attorney rating service, has been selected as a Worth 100 Top Attorney and is a SuperLawyer Top US Lawyer.

Craig is a frequent lecturer at legal and CPA continuing education workshops. A multiple graduate of the University of Florida, with accounting and law degrees, he is married to wife Patti. Craig & Patti have three daughters, Gabrielle, Courtney and Madison, who they are very proud of.
