Biography

Craig Rich is an associate attorney focusing his practice on personal injury litigation, real estate matters, estate planning, trust and estate litigation, evictions, and collections. He brings a diverse legal background and a practical, client-centered approach to resolving complex legal issues.

Craig earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Illinois State University. He began his legal career defending corporate clients in asbestos and toxic tort litigation, representing Fortune 500 companies and major insurance carriers. He later shifted to plaintiff-side work at a respected personal injury firm in Bloomington, Illinois, where he handled cases involving car accidents, dog bites, trucking crashes, catastrophic injuries, and premises liability.

In addition, Craig has experience representing landlords, lenders, and creditors in collections, evictions, and foreclosure matters, giving him a well-rounded perspective in civil litigation.

A native of DeWitt County, Craig now lives there with his wife, Anna, and their daughter, Ellie. Outside of the office, he enjoys following sports, woodworking, and tackling home improvement projects.
