Biography

Craig S. Newman's litigation practice is broad based. His cases range from complex commercial disputes to assisting landlords in evictions. Mr. Newman regularly practices in all State and Federal courts in Southern Nevada. Mr. Newman works closely with some of the largest casinos in Nevada, where he obtains and executes upon judgments. Mr. Newman also regularly represents developers, investors and contractors in business and real estate disputes. He maintains an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell and he is also recognized by Mountain States Super Lawyers. Mr. Newman was included in Best Lawyers 2016 in the practice area of Commercial Litigation.
