Crystal Valencia focuses her practice on casualty litigation and product liability defense. She has over 12 years of defense litigation experience working as outside counsel for large technology and ride-share companies as well as various insurance companies.
In her practice, she works closely with clients and in-house counsel to plan and implement successful defense strategy at the trial court and appellate levels. She has a strong record of obtaining favorable results and dismissals for her clients across the gig and technology sectors.
Her breadth of experience also includes defending insurers in complex general liability, bad faith claims, SIU investigations, and coverage disputes, where she consistently earned a reputation for precision, tenacity, and results.
Crystal is passionate about mentoring the next generation of litigators, guiding associates through every stage of a case from inception to resolution.
Prior to entering private practice, Crystal served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Jeffrey R. Levenson, Broward County Circuit Judge.
