Biography

Cullen Cochran is a partner in the Public Finance Group at Bose McKinney & Evans. Cullen serves as counsel on a wide variety of tax-exempt and taxable matters for state and local governments. He also works with private development clients using tax increment financing.

Prior to joining the firm, Cullen was a partner at an international law firm, where he focused on public finance and government services. Cullen also worked as senior legal counsel at the Indiana Finance Authority, where he played a key role in several public-private partnerships, directed the organization’s legislative agenda and managed its transactional documents.

While in law school, Cullen clerked for an Indianapolis firm, where he assisted state and federally regulated business clients and wrote policy agendas to provide legislative updates to firm clients.
