Curtis D. Rindlisbacher

Mr. Rindlisbacher provides legal services in the areas of estate planning, probate, conservatorship, guardianship, trust administration, business planning, and real estate transactions. His clients include young adults just starting out to those who over the years have accumulated substantial wealth. Each estate plan is designed to accomplish the client's goals and minimize the impact of administrative expenses and taxes. Curtis has developed significant knowledge and experience in cases involving the mental capacity of individuals to make their own decisions and manage their own property and he is frequently appointed by the court to represent individuals whose capacity is being questioned in conservatorship proceedings. He works proactively to ensure that his client's legal rights are not violated and their voices are heard. Curtis represents fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other interested parties in probate, conservatorship, guardianship and trust administration matters seeking resolve these cases as efficiently as possible.
