For the past two decades, Curtis has drafted, reviewed and negotiated commercial and government contracts, and handled employment, construction, securities, will contests, trust disputes, copyright, trademark, patent, licensing, data protection, franchising, real estate, antitrust, fraud, class action, insurance coverage, and complex business and commercial litigation matters. Curtis has additional experience representing association health plans and other multiple employer welfare arrangements (MEWAs).
Before joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Curtis served for two years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Theodore (Ted) R. Boehm in the Supreme Court of Indiana. Additionally, Curtis served for a year in an externship with the Honorable Kenneth F. Ripple, United States Court of Appeals, 7th Circuit.
Outside of the office, Curtis coaches baseball at Covenant Christian High School.
