Cyndee L. Allert

With a decade of experience defending complex personal-injury matters, Ms. Allert is a skilled trial attorney who handles matters related to medical malpractice, products liability, and general liability. Tasked with managing all aspects of litigation, Ms. Allert handles pre-trial discovery, develops complex strategies, prepares for trial, and provides trial and appellate advocacy.

An active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Ms. Allert has served as the secretary for the Association’s Medical Malpractice Special Committee since 2016. She has also frequently served as court-appointed counsel to alleged incapacitated persons in guardianship actions.

One of our most dynamic young attorneys, Ms. Allert was named as a “Rising Star” by New Jersey Super Lawyers magazine. The designation, which is given to less than 2.5 percent of New Jersey attorneys, recognizes the best attorneys in the state who are 40 years old or younger or have been practicing for 10 years or less.

Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Allert began her career by serving as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard C. Camp, J.S.C. in Essex County, after which time she worked as an associate at Wahrenberger and Pietro, LLC from 2008 to 2012. Ms. Allert is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
