Cynthia C. Banks-Radke, known as Cindy, is a dedicated attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Complex Litigation Group. Born and raised in a small town in southern Iowa, Cindy knew from a young age that she wanted to become a lawyer. She took her first steps into the legal world, working as a legal secretary at a small plaintiff’s firm while pursuing her education. She earned her associate degree from AIB College of Business in 1994 and continued on to receive her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Graceland University in 2000.

Driven by a strong commitment to justice, Cindy went on to earn her law degree from Drake University Law School in 2006. Her legal career has included a broad range of experience, including serving as in-house counsel for an annuity company and working as a compliance attorney with the Iowa Insurance Division. These roles helped her develop a deep understanding of regulatory law and financial services, skills that now serve her well in her current practice.

Today, Cindy brings her years of legal experience and sharp attention to detail to her work in complex litigation. She is known for her steady approach, thoughtful strategy, and unwavering dedication to her clients. Whether navigating large-scale legal challenges or advocating for individuals, Cindy remains true to the values that inspired her to pursue law from the very beginning.
