Biography

Cynthia L. Ciancio is the Managing Director and a founding shareholder of Ciancio Ciancio Brown, P.C. She also heads up the firm's Family Law Group. Ms. Ciancio's practice specializes in high asset divorces and complex child custody disputes. She is also a certified mediator conducting both mediations and arbitrations for parties with or without lawyers. With over 15 years of experience exclusively in family law, and another four years prior as a Deputy District Attorney in Adams County, Ms. Ciancio has top notch litigation experience making her stand out among her peers as a highly skilled negotiator and litigator who is able to reach favorable results for her clients both in and out of the court room.

Cynthia has represented hundreds of people with a wide range of issues. She is a vigorous advocate for her clients' interests, staying highly involved with every aspect of their case. She prides herself in knowing how to move a family matter forward, whether by reaching an agreement or litigating the matter. Cynthia has appeared in all of the Denver Metro Courts and several outlying counties such as Boulder County, Weld, Summit, Lincoln, Larimer, Grand, Mesa, and Archuleta.

Cynthia is dedicated to the practice of family law and currently serves on a number of board's including, the Executive Counsel of the Colorado Bar Association's Family Law Section, American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She has four times been selected by her peers as a Super Lawyer and honored as one of Colorado's Top 50 Women Attorneys and one of Colorado's Top 100 Attorneys for 2012 - 2015.
