Biography

Ms. Lee graduated cum laude from the State University of New York at Binghamton where she double majored in Philosophy and Philosophy Politics & Law (PPL), an interdisciplinary major emphasizing critical thinking and expository writing with core courses in philosophy with complementary courses in history, political science, economics, and other disciplines, leading to an interdisciplinary B.A. degree.

Ms. Lee received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law. Ms. Lee was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2003, and the Bar of the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 2004.

Ms. Lee’s practice involves complex civil litigation in the area of construction litigation, environmental law, insurance coverage disputes, premises liability, and toxic/mass tort.
