Cynthia M. Luneau

Cynthia M. Luneau: Attorney with The Law Offices of Michael G. Day & Associates, P.C.

Biography

Advising clients and putting them and their families at ease, ensuring that clients have a clear understanding of their options and opportunities when caring for loved one, and advocating for our clients to protect their rights and their resources, are among Cynthia's priorities as a firm associate. She provides daily management of the Medicaid application process and asset protection strategies for all cases the firm handles. She held positions of increasing responsibility in Fortune 100 consumer products companies, most recently serving as Assistant General Counsel for a nationally-branded beverage company. Cynthia's concern and respect for our older population caused her to transition into private practice and focus her efforts on Elder Law issues, particularly asset protection for retired couples facing the unsettling prospect of a spouse requiring skilled nursing care and Medicaid planning for single or widowed elders. She is a member of various national, state and local bar associations, as well as the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.
