Biography

Mr. Rosenblum is a distinguished sole practitioner based in Butler, PA, focusing his legal practice on consumer and small business bankruptcies. Holding a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law Center since 1979, he also earned an Artium Baccalaureus from Vassar College in 1975 and completed his Diploma at Shady Side Academy in 1970. In 1980, Mr. Rosenblum reached the stage of all but dissertation for a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University. With a rich legal background, he has served as a former Permanent Divorce Master for the Court of Common Pleas in Butler County and worked as a law clerk to esteemed judges, including President Judge John C. Dillon, Judge Floyd A. Rauschenberger, Judge John H. Brydon, and Senior Judge George P. Kiester.

During his academic pursuits, Mr. Rosenblum clerked for prominent law firms such as Skadden, Arps, Slate & Meagher and Patton, Boggs & Blow and served as a Certified Law Clerk (Prosecution) for the City Attorney's Office of Santa Monica, California. Prior to establishing his practice in Butler, he contributed as an in-house tax counsel for R.O. Solkovy & Associates, C.P.A. In the academic realm, Mr. Rosenblum shared his skills as an Adjunct Professor in business law at Butler County Community College in 1986 and as an Adjunct Professor in legal research and in taxation at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1982.

His commitment to legal education is further evidenced by his role as a Presenter at the 16th Annual Bankruptcy Institute in 2011, where he discussed "How to Get Rich as Bankruptcy Counsel Without Getting into Trouble!" In 2013, he presented "So You Chose a Chapter 7 - Basics of Filing and Handling Your Client's Case" at the 18th Annual Bankruptcy Institute. Recognized for his dedication to pro bono service, Mr. Rosenblum was honored as the Butler County Pro Bono Lawyer of the Year in 1990. With a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to his community, Mr. Rosenblum continues to be a respected figure in the legal field.
