Dai Howard Rosenblum

Mr. Rosenblum is a distinguished sole practitioner based in Butler, PA, focusing his legal practice on consumer and small business bankruptcies. Holding a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law Center since 1979, he also earned an Artium Baccalaureus from Vassar College in 1975 and completed his Diploma at Shady Side Academy in 1970. In 1980, Mr. Rosenblum reached the stage of all but dissertation for a Master of Laws in Taxation from Georgetown University. With a rich legal background, he has served as a former Permanent Divorce Master for the Court of Common Pleas in Butler County and worked as a law clerk to esteemed judges, including President Judge John C. Dillon, Judge Floyd A. Rauschenberger, Judge John H. Brydon, and Senior Judge George P. Kiester.

During his academic pursuits, Mr. Rosenblum clerked for prominent law firms such as Skadden, Arps, Slate & Meagher and Patton, Boggs & Blow and served as a Certified Law Clerk (Prosecution) for the City Attorney's Office of Santa Monica, California.
