Biography

Dale was born in Kansas City, Missouri, and was raised in Mesquite, Texas. Dale graduated cum laude from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Business Administration, and received his Juris Doctorate degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

Dale is currently a member/partner in Vice & Henley, PLLC. He began his career as an associate with the Dallas firm Sifford Anderson Vice & MacFarlane, LLP, and remained there until he and Kevin branched out on their own to expand their practice to the Rockwall area. Dale primarily practices in the areas of personal injury, civil and real estate litigation, probate, collections, lien foreclosures, commercial litigation and business transactions.

Dale is a member of the American Bar Association, The Rockwall Bar Association. He currently resides in Rockwall with his wife, Tania, and his three sons, Luke, Eli, and Linex.
