Biography

Rett Holidy has been a principal with the firm since 2003 and is the managing principal of the Houston office. Rett is a native of Navasota, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and then from Baylor University School of Law in 1995 with a Juris Doctor degree. Rett is licensed in the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of Texas, along with the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2022, we was recognized as a “Texas Super Lawyer”, a Thompson Reuters publication.

Rett practices in the areas of Civil Litigation, Insurance Law, Construction Litigation, Products Liability, Torts and Toxic Torts/Chemical Exposure .
