Biography

Dale received a B.A. in Economics from McMaster University, and his law degree from the University of Western, Ontario. He is a founding partner of McLeish Orlando, and his practice is dedicated exclusively to personal injury and wrongful death cases, acting on behalf of injured people and their family members. Dale finds great fulfillment in helping those who have suffered serious personal injuries, describing his practice as the most rewarding type of work a lawyer can do.

Dale has acted as co-chair and lectured at conferences held by the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Advocates’ Society, the Canadian Institute, the Law Society of Ontario, and other legal organizations. Additionally, Dale has appeared as a guest lecturer at the University of Western, Ontario, Osgoode Hall, Queens University, George Brown College, and at various community hospitals and legal clinics.

Dale is a former president of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association, and the Advocates’ Society. Dale is certified as a Specialist in Civil Litigation by the Law Society of Ontario, recognized on Best Lawyers® and in Lexpert® list of leading lawyers in Toronto as Most Frequently Recommended.
