Biography

Dale Harger represents banks and borrowers in commercial finance transactions; buyers and sellers of commercial real estate; lessors and lessees in commercial lease negotiations; buyers and sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses; and business owners and organizations in general corporate matters. Dale’s subspecialty is representing lenders in complex loans to groups of QSR franchisees.
