Biography

Dallas A. Sessions is a trial attorney that practices in the areas of business litigation, employment law, and ad valorem (property tax) litigation. Mr. Sessions represents clients in cases involving business disputes, including fraud, tortious interference with and breach of contracts, partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duties, and deceptive trade practices in state and federal courts throughout Texas and other states. He also litigates employment law matters, including claims for discrimination under Title VII and Section 1981 as well as covenants not to compete and other employment disputes.

Mr. Sessions’ representative experience in real estate litigation includes tax protests and delinquency actions, eminent domain (condemnation) proceedings for an oil and gas pipeline and highway expansion project in North Texas, landlord-tenant disputes, residential construction liability, and development code compliance.

Mr. Sessions was born in San Antonio and lives in Plano, Texas with his wife and sons. The Sessions family attends CityBridge Community Church and enjoys outdoor recreation, including running, biking, camping, and hunting. Mr. Sessions serves as a Barrister in the William “Mac” Taylor Inn of Court in Dallas, Texas, and enjoys working with clients and colleagues throughout the great State of Texas.

Mr. Sessions earned his law degree from Baylor University School of Law in 2007, where he was elected to the Order of Barristers for oral advocacy and received honors for the Dean’s List. Mr. Sessions received his bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in 2004 with a major in political science, and was a member of the Baylor Young Republicans and Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
