Biography

Dalton Phillips graduated from Syracuse University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with a focus in Law and Politics. While attending Syracuse, Mr. Phillips was a member of the football team, a two-time Varsity letter recipient, a two-time Academic All-Big East Selection, and a member of Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society. Mr. Phillips went on to attend Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California whereupon he graduated in 2013.   While in law school, Mr. Phillips was a law clerk at Robinson Calcagnie Robinson Shapiro Davis, Inc., and was a part-time assistant football coach at JSerra Catholic High School in San Juan Capistrano, California. Upon completion of law school, Mr. Phillips began working full time at Robinson Calcagnie Robinson Shapiro Davis, Inc., wherein he is currently working on cases involving products liability, premises liability, negligence, and victims of crime.    Mr. Phillips is admitted to the California Bar and is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Central District of California. He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the Orange County Bar Association (OCBA), and the National Crime Victim Bar Association.
