Biography

Damian Rape, Esq. was born in Bermuda and moved to Pensacola, Florida as a young child. After graduation from Escambia High School, he earned his bachelor's in criminal justice, with a minor in Pre-Law, from the Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU).  Damian continued his studies by attending Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, earning his Juris Doctor in 2020. Damian’s experience in law practice comes from having joined the Public Defender’s Office as a criminal defense attorney, representing clients within Escambia County, Florida and practicing personal injury cases after leaving the Public Defender’s Office

Damian is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the Florida Bar Section of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Also, Damian is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and participates in community service events throughout the various communities. Damian believes when “achieving a goal, do not meet it, exceed it!”
