Biography

Damien M. Hoffman was born in Des Moines, Iowa in 1972. He has an AV Preeminent peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell (the highest rating which can be achieved for an attorney’s legal ability and ethical standards). Damien earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1995 and his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center, in 2000. While in law school, Damien was a member of the Dean’s List, Moot Court Honor Society, Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, and National Association of Public Interest Law.

Damien was admitted to The Florida Bar in 2000 and began his legal career at one of the most prestigious insurance defense firms in Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar and Hillsborough County Bar Association; and is licensed in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Damien focuses his practice on medical malpractice, wrongful death, personal injury, and premises liability.
