Biography

Mr. Frost joined an association of senior and experienced criminal lawyers, eventually joining the firm of Lomer, Frost LLP. – Barristers as a partner until 2008. He now practices in the Law Chambers together with other experienced litigators. He has defended a number of high profile cases and many complex white collar crime cases including cases relating to the financial services industry, professional discipline and elections fraud. Mr. Frost also represented the Commissioner of Elections Canada for many years. Over the years, he has developed a reputation for discrete and cost-effective representation.

Mr. Frost is regularly called upon to participate in educational programs. For many years he instructed at the Bar Admission Course. He is a regular panelist and lecturer at in-house programs conducted by the Federal Prosecution Service and the Canada Revenue Agency.
