Dan Mandelbaum is a member in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Dan’s work includes:

• Practice in real estate in all its aspects;

• Representation and legal counsel of developers and construction companies in the acquisition and sale of commercial and residential real estate properties, including drafting purchase agreements, combination agreements, planning and construction aspects and accompanying projects at all stages.

• Representation of income-producing real estate companies, including shopping malls, shopping centers and business parks, in lease transactions, drafting all kinds of lease, management and commercial agreements

• Representation of commercial companies, including International and public Hi-Tech companies in lease transactions, acquisitions and establishment of real estate assets for their current needs and adaptation of the properties to their needs.

• Representation of land owners in purchase, sale, combination transactions and construction services as well as in partnership dissolution claims.

• Representation of private clients, including foreign clients and non-residents, in the purchase of properties in Israel, including private homes and luxury apartments. Representation in a significant part of the mega luxury deals in Israel in recent years.
