Dan Otsuki: Attorney with Berk Law Group, P.C.

Biography

Dan’s passion for his work is reflective of what drove him to law school in the first place: to help people. He puts the specific and individualized needs of his clients first, and does so efficiently, pragmatically, and honestly. He prides himself on his ability to connect with others—a skill he developed long before practicing law while working in food services.

Dan’s prior legal experience was mostly in estate planning where he worked diligently to keep his clients and their loved ones out of court. In a more litigation-focus environment, Dan now works to advocate for his clients’ goals while recognizing the financial, emotional, and mental toll such cases can exact.

When not working, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and dog, traveling to as many places as he can, staying active, watching baseball, and enjoying movies of every genre (with horror being his absolute favorite).
