Dan T. LeMasters is an Associate in Bailey & Wyant, PLLC’s Charleston office.

Dan is originally from Burlington, West Virginia. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Virginia University in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdepartmental Studies and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. He then received his Masters in Secondary Education in 2009 from the West Virginia University College of Human Resources and Education.

In 2012, Dan graduated Order of the Barrister from the West Virginia University College of Law. While in law school, Dan was declared Lugar Cup Champion during his third year of law school and first runner up during his second year. Dan volunteered for a solo attorney practitioner in Keyser, West Virginia in the areas of bankruptcy, criminal law and general civil litigation.

Dan joined Bailey & Wyant in August 2012 as an Associate and completed a legal clerkship with the Firm in the summer of 2011. As an Associate at Bailey & Wyant, Dan will be focusing on practicing in general civil litigation.
