Biography

Dana L. Gish is the founding partner of Gish McGivern, PA with more than two decades of experience in the practice of worker' compensation defense for employers, insurance companies, third-party administrators and own risk companies. She is past Chairperson of the Workers Compensation Section of the Oklahoma Bar Association and past member of the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Board. Dana is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell and has been a lecturer at numerous seminars for the Oklahoma and Tulsa County Bar Associates. Dana was inducted into the National College of Workers Compensation Lawyers in 2019 and is one of only twelve attorneys in Oklahoma to be awarded this honor. She is certified mediator and conducts mediations for both the Oklahoma Court of Existing Claims and the Oklahoma Workers Compensation Commission. Dana has literally tried over a thousand workers compensation cases to a final conclusion.
