Dana Richardson

Dana Richardson began her professional life as a paramedic—racing with lights and sirens, administering IVs and delivering 300 joules of electrical shock “Clear!”—so thriving under pressure is second nature. After giving birth to her son, Alexander, she enrolled in culinary school, earning an associate degree in Specialized Technology (Culinary Arts) and completing an externship at Nashville’s Opryland Hotel. Though she loved creating crème brûlée and Crêpe Suzette, Dana realized she yearned to serve people in a deeper way. Guided by her core values and a desire to leave a meaningful mark, she pursued a law degree. Early in practice, Family Law appealed to her: she helps clients navigate divorce, custody, and the restoration of peace. Growing up in Homewood, Pittsburgh, she witnessed the contrast between her own secure childhood and the violence, addiction, and abuse that beset neighbors and, later, her own deteriorating home after her grandmother’s death. That experience fuels Dana’s commitment to helping families find the peace they deserve.
