After graduating from UCLA and Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, Dan served as corporate counsel for The Dayton Power & Light Company; as an associate attorney at the Thompson Hine law firm in Dayton, Ohio; and as a partner at Sebaly Shillito + Dyer in Dayton. With 27 years of local legal experience, Dan understands the Dayton area business market and legal system well.
