Daniel A. Murphy is a Bradenton native, partner at Goldman Babboni Fernandez Murphy & Walsh — Justice Pays®, and personal injury attorney with more than 10 years of experience representing injured people and families throughout Florida.
Daniel has practiced exclusively in personal injury law since joining The Florida Bar in October 2015. His work includes car and motorcycle accidents, commercial trucking cases, traumatic brain and spinal injuries, catastrophic injury matters, and fatal accidents resulting in wrongful-death claims.

Daniel has devoted his legal career to representing injured people. Since 2015, he has practiced exclusively in personal injury law, with substantial experience in serious motor vehicle and commercial transportation cases.
His work in substantial injury cases has involved medical evidence, expert testimony, disputed liability, significant damages, and injuries requiring long-term treatment or care.
From early in his practice, Daniel worked alongside senior trial lawyers on serious and catastrophic injury matters.

Daniel also represents clients in construction accidents, electrical and electrocution injuries, and other negligence cases involving serious harm.
Daniel’s work in these matters has involved medical records, expert testimony, disputed fault, technical evidence, substantial damages, and the long-term effects of severe injuries.

Daniel has taken an active role in organizations serving plaintiff trial lawyers in Florida.
He joined the Florida Justice Association Young Lawyers Section Board of Directors in 2019 and has served on the Executive Committee of the Manasota Trial Lawyers Board.
Daniel has also participated in Florida Justice Association outreach programs for future lawyers and has presented to fellow attorneys on issues arising in personal injury cases.
