Daniel Ruiz is a procedural tactician and an experienced litigation attorney with Branscomb Law. He is also an avid court watcher who is dedicated to staying on top of the latest legal trends and reporting on notable judicial developments. Daniel enjoys analyzing complex issues and finding novel solutions for clients with litigation needs that span a wide range of civil practice areas. Daniel has historically represented a vast spectrum of clients, which includes state legislatures, Fortune 500 companies, fledgling startups, and public policy initiatives.

Daniel comes to Branscomb Law with a vibrant litigation background, which he developed while practicing in the state of Michigan as a Student Trial Lawyer for the Washtenaw County Public Defender and as a Litigation Associate in both Texas and Michigan Trial Courts. Before starting law school, Daniel was a volunteer with the Dallas Legal Aid Clinics and the Captain of his University’s mock trial team.

PERSONAL

In his off time, Daniel enjoys spending time on the beach and traveling to Texas’s various renaissance festivals throughout the year with his wife and their two daughters.
