Biography

Dan is a graduate of the Quinnipiac College School of Law, and is admitted to state and federal courts in New York and Connecticut.

He has years of experience in civil litigation in private practice covering a variety of realms, including premises and product liability, automobile, and construction. He also has significant experience in municipal and school law, both in litigation and non-litigation context, having served as Town Attorney and Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Special Litigation Unit of the New York City Law Department. More recently, Dan has amassed experience in the estate planning and administration and elder law fields.

Prior to law school, Dan worked in the software development with a defense contractor. Before that, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, during which time he deployed to the Persian Gulf as part of Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.

During his spare time, Dan enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, helping out with his local VFW, volunteering for various fundraisers for a local charitable foundation, and donating golf balls to the wooded areas surrounding his favorite golf courses.
