Daniel Curtis Jones

Tapella & Eberspacher Attorney, Dan Jones, is a native of Villa Grove, Illinois. After earning his B.A. in History from the University of Illinois, Dan attended the Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he graduated Magna cum Laude.   Mr. Jones joined the law offices of Tapella & Eberspacher in 1998 and has handled hundreds of cases, specializing in the areas of personal injury, worker's compensation, business and family law.   Dan is is admitted to all State and Appellate Courts in Illinois and the Central and Southern Districts of the United States Federal District Courts and brings a comprehensive skill set to the firm.   Outside of the office, you can find Dan enjoying University of Illinois sports, golf, movies, reading and running. He shares his time with important community organizations such as the Coles County Salvation Army Advisory Board, the Mattoon Foundation for Academic Excellence Board of Directors, The Coles County Historical Society Board of Directors and The Injury Board.
