Biography

Daniel C. Justus has been a key member of Lasky Justus Law since 2015, focusing on personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. As head of the firm’s litigation department, Danny has secured record-breaking jury verdicts and recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. His exceptional work has earned him recognition as a “Rising Star” and inclusion in the “Top 40 Under 40” by several legal organizations. Danny is deeply involved in the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA) and is a 2018 graduate of its competitive LEAD program, which develops leadership skills among Georgia’s most promising young trial lawyers. He is also a fellow of The Melvin M. Belli Society, an international organization dedicated to advancing trial advocacy, and a graduate of the Trial Lawyers College in Colorado, where he refined his trial techniques and understanding of jury dynamics. A 2014 graduate of Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, Danny excelled in trial advocacy and moot court, earning numerous awards. Beyond his legal practice, he served as an adjunct professor at Savannah Law School and is the Solicitor for the City of Springfield, Georgia. Danny enjoys outdoor activities with his wife, Maria, and their three daughters, Eleni, Sophie, and Evie.
