Biography

Daniel DeSantis is Morgan & Morgan’s West Coast Trial Partner, where he champions the causes of those who have suffered serious injuries due to the negligence of others. Mr. DeSantis handles cases involving motor vehicle collisions, pedestrian accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, sexual abuse, and more.

He serves on the Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles (CAALA) Board of Governors and was named a finalist for CAALA’s Rising Star Award on four separate occasions, ultimately earning the honor in 2023. Each year, more than 1,200 California plaintiff attorneys are eligible for this recognition.

His standing in the legal community is further reflected by his induction into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) in 2022. To qualify for membership, attorneys must have tried at least 10 jury trials as lead counsel while upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.

Mr. DeSantis is a frequent speaker at legal conferences, seminars, and webinars, where he shares the strategies behind obtaining more than $20 million in jury verdicts and recovering over $250 million for his clients.

Since 2018, he has also served as a board member of the Los Angeles Trial Lawyers’ Charities (LATLC), an organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for people across the greater Los Angeles area. LATLC focuses on education, children, survivors of abuse, persons with disabilities, and the homeless, providing both financial assistance and volunteer support to those in need.
