Daniel E. Pierson

Daniel E. Pierson's professional journey reflects a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the intricacies of workers' compensation law. In 2010, he earned his B.A. in English from Vassar College, where he not only excelled academically but also showcased his athleticism as a four-year member of the Men's Varsity Swim Team. His dedication earned him a place on the Liberty League All-Academic Team from 2008 through 2010.

Continuing his pursuit of knowledge, Mr. Pierson earned his law degree from Villanova University School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2013. His dedication to public service was recognized with an Equal Justice America Fellowship for legal aid services during law school. Post-graduation, he clerked for The Honorable Linda L. Lawhun on the New Jersey Superior Court from 2013 through 2014.

Mr. Pierson's early legal practice was focused on workers' compensation defense for two large regional firms. In this role, he navigated all aspects of workers' compensation claims, gaining valuable experience in litigating claims across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at both trial and appellate levels. This period provided him with invaluable insight into how insurance companies often unfairly treat injured workers throughout the claim process.

In 2019, Mr. Pierson brought his wealth of knowledge and experience to our firm, dedicating his practice exclusively to the area of workers' compensation.
