Daniel Earl King

Daniel King is Of Counsel with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell, PLC, in Jackson, Tennessee. Daniel’s practice focuses on tort and insurance defense. Daniel strives to provide superior representation and advice to insurers, insureds, and self-insured entities throughout Tennessee in connection with litigation arising from auto accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, and premises liability. Daniel rejoined RKRB after spending roughly fifteen years in general practice, primarily as a solo practitioner. He is a member of the Firm’s Tort and Insurance Practice Group. Daniel is also an active member of the Defense Research Institute, the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Jackson-Madison County Bar Association.

Daniel earned his Bachelor of Science degree, magna cum laude, in Psychology from the University of Tennessee-Martin, before earning his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. While in law school, Daniel received the Judge William B. Leffler Scholarship and served as a member of the University of Memphis Law Review, as a graduate assistant in the University of Memphis Law School Academic Support Program, and as a member of Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Fraternity.

Daniel traces his roots to Camden, Benton County, Tennessee, where he continues to make his home today with his wife and two children. Daniel serves as pastor at Eagle Creek Baptist Church in Holladay, Benton County, Tennessee. He enjoys pursuing the outdoors, playing golf, watching his children compete in their various athletic and academic endeavors, and spending time with his family in general.
