Biography

Daniel “Danny” Lynch is originally from Annapolis, Maryland. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, where he served as President of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. After college, Danny moved to South Carolina to attend the University of South Carolina School of Law.

He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2016 and began his career as an Assistant Solicitor in Beaufort County, where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases. Danny joined Pierce, Sloan, Kennedy & Early, LLC in early 2018.

Danny is a litigation attorney focusing his practice on product liability, commercial litigation, and construction defect matters. He has extensive experience representing clients in the corporate, manufacturing, and construction industries, including defending contractors and manufacturers in complex litigation. He devotes 100% of his practice to litigation.
