Originally from Birmingham, Alabama, Daniel earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from the University of Miami. Practicing in Florida and Texas prior to relocating to Asheville in 2017, Daniel has built a reputation as a natural leader, both in and out of the courtroom.
